Welcome to VPSCloudHub. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Offered

VPSCloudHub provides hosting services for Minecraft servers, which includes dedicated resources (such as 2 vCPUs and 8GB of RAM), access to the server console, plugin management, and file management. You can modify server files and manage your Minecraft server as you wish.

Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed through Stripe. We offer referral bonuses that are valid only for the first month or lifetime, depending on the type of coupon. Referral bonuses may be either fixed amounts (e.g., 5 euros) or percentage-based (e.g., 25%).
Once the payment is made, the subscription lasts for a lifetime unless a payment is declined. If a payment is declined, access to the service will be suspended immediately. The subscription may be subject to recurring payments, depending on Stripe's policies. If a payment fails, Stripe may attempt to charge again according to their terms, but VPSCloudHub reserves the right to suspend the service if payments are not successfully processed.

Refund Policy

Note: Refunds are only issued for technical issues directly caused by VPSCloudHub. No refunds for issues caused by third-party providers (Azure, Stripe) or user errors.

Refunds will only cover the cost of one monthly payment. For example, if you pay $50 per month, the maximum refund will be $50 for that month.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the problem occurred. For example, if a problem happened on October 25th, the refund request must be made by November 24th.
No refunds will be given for user errors, misuse of the service, or any reasons not described above.

Data Management

We collect only the user's email address, phone number, and billing info, which are used exclusively to communicate about the service. User passwords are encrypted and are not stored in plaintext.
We do not collect or store payment details directly; Stripe handles all payment transactions and stores payment data securely. VPSCloudHub does not have access to any banking or credit card information.
In case of account deletion, your data will be flagged as deleted and made inaccessible, but may be retained for security and legal compliance purposes for up to one year.

Limitations of Liability

Disclaimer: VPSCloudHub is not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of data caused by user actions, or issues caused by third-party providers. We are not responsible for data loss unless it occurs due to service failures on our end, in which case, refunds may be issued under the conditions mentioned in the Refund Policy.

Terms of Use and Termination

VPSCloudHub provides services specifically for hosting and managing Minecraft servers, either for professional or private use (e.g., among friends). Any use of the VM for purposes other than Minecraft server hosting and management (such as cloud storage, unauthorized access attempts, or any other unrelated activity) is strictly prohibited.
If VPSCloudHub detects any use of the service that deviates from its intended purpose, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate the user's subscription and delete the associated VM without prior notice or consent from the user. This action may be taken at our sole discretion and without liability, especially if we detect activities that jeopardize system security or violate these terms.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the website or via email. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Ferrara, Italy.
